You can either unsubscribe by sending STOP to 31797 or by calling our helpline at 021 404 3808.
It is also possible to send us an email with your request, but please don't forget to mention your mobile number!
2. What are the costs of the service?
The costs are R5 per message received.
3. What does the subscription contain?
You will receive two content items each week, based on your interests.
